出張で広島に来ることがあったので、せっかくなら美味しいものを食べたい！と鼻息荒くekieを散策してましたところ、汁なし担々麺の写真が目に入り、気になったので入店しました。
実は広島、汁なし担々麺がご当地グルメなんですね。入店後に知りました。
今回はお店でおすすめのごま汁なし坦々麺(@850円)をいただきました。
まずは、汁っ気がなくなるまで、混ぜます。その後、食べてみて物足りなければ、備え付けの調味料たちを使って自分色に染め上げていきます。
自分は花山椒とラー油を少しずつ入れていただきました。
美味い！味の濃さもさることながら麺と汁の絡みが絶妙にマッチしてます。
お好み焼きももちろん捨て難いですが、広島にお越しの際はご当地グルメの汁なし担々麺もぜひご賞味ください。
