近年の広島名物「汁なし担々麺」。その名店くにまつと武蔵坊どちらもいただけるお店です。
ハーフ＆ハーフもあり、食べ比べもできるのがうれしいですね。
今回わたしたちはふたりでそれぞれをいただくことにしました。
●ごま1辛 850円
武蔵坊はごまとしょうゆが選べるようで、とりあえずおすすめのごまにしました。
ごまの香りと、ごまのクリーミーさがある濃厚系。
●くにまつ1辛 850円
こちらはくにまつ。あっさりごま味とのことですが、ごまより花山椒の香りが強め。
四川省でいただいた本場の担々麺も汁なしでしたが、それに近いと思いました。
●ライス 100円
最後に追い飯にしていただきました。おすすめです！
麺はどちらも固め。乾麺なのかな。
わたしは、四川省の成都でいただいた担々麺に近い「くにまつ」が好みです。
駅ビルの中にあって便利だし、また来たいです。
