市場から毎日仕入れる新鮮な魚介を、美味しさのため職人自ら丁寧に仕込む。 |
2023/10/3のランチは広島駅ekie にある『すし辰 ekie店』さんで美味しいお鮨をいただきました。
先ずはとりあえずの『鮪』は290円。
赤身本来の鮪の味を楽しめるネタに感動。
続きまして『大トロ』は450円。
さすがに一貫450円だけ旨い。
290円の『ネギトロ軍艦ニ貫』はボリュームがすごい。味は普通かな。
せっかくなので『広島名物三貫盛り（780円）』をいただきました。牡蠣、穴子、鯛を一皿でいただける幸せ。グッドですね。
さらに期間限定の『極上の中トロ（400円）』なのですが、これはイマイチでした。
このスペックで一貫400円なら、『鮪』ニ貫で290円の方がはるかにコスパ良いです。
そして〆は茶碗蒸しです。
これはプロの味！！！
