As I was walking west of the station, I heard someone call out to me from inside a store, so I went inside. This greeting was quite effective, and there were other customers who entered the store as if they were being drawn in. There were other shops that even approached people passing by by bicycle, which made me interested in the spirit of the businessmen. This is a new store opening on July 1st. The atmosphere was somewhat similar to a chain of restaurant that has expanded in this area and elsewhere, so I asked about it and was told that the owner was an acquaintance of mine. On this day, there were two men standing at the store, but they were the owner and the manager. First of all, I ordered a draft beer, looked at the menu, and asked around. What I ate: Possum I ordered from among the specialties. It's boiled pork dipped in a gochijang-based sauce and wrapped in leaves. Wrapping it in leaves makes it mild and quite delicious.・Green Chili Chijimi I ordered from the standard selection. The texture is interesting, with sticky parts and crispy parts. It also goes well with beer.・Keranchim Korean-style steamed egg with fluffy eggs and cherry shrimp on top. It's something between chawanmushi Dashimaki tamago (rolled Japanese style omelette) Dashimaki tamago (rolled Japanese style omelette). This one felt quite bland in taste. I also drank a bottle of beer on the way. Overall, the amount was about the same as one serving, and the cost, including alcohol, seemed to be quite high.
