Unfortunately it's raining on this day. My hotel is near Iwakuni Station because I take a shuttle bus early in the morning to participate in Friendship Day, but tonight I wandered around Ekinishi. It feels great to warm up and soak in the hot springs on the 10th floor of the natural hot spring hotel Livemax PREMIUM Hiroshima near Hiroshima Station. This hot spring is the pride of Hotel Livemax, where you can enjoy Nakaizu's natural hot spring ``Kamidai no Yu''. The food tastes even better after a hot spring like that. Orders are made using a tablet. After looking through the menu and making my selections, I ordered beef liver and beef sagari. This is also cooked at a low temperature, and the color makes you think it's raw. It's really flavorful. Of particular note are the fluffy tofu and chewy tofu. A delicious feeling that only those who have tasted it can understand. I ordered both to take home so I could have them both at the hotel. We are sure to visit again next year. Please come visit us when you come to Ekinishi.
