平日16時40分頃来た、店内は半分ほどの埋まり
かなわのバル形態のお店、とにかく牡蠣料理の種類が豊富な店、サッと食べて飲むに向いてる
生ビール660円、岩がきヌーヴォー660円、かき小町990円、かきの塩辛550円、かきとアスパラのバター焼き990円を注文、1人4000円くらい、適切な価格
数分で続々と到着、まず岩がきヌーヴォー、こちらは生まれて1年の若い岩がき、小ぶりながらクリーミーだ美味しい
かき小町は大振りで、スコッチで香りを付け、レモンを絞っていただく、さっぱりしながらも濃厚な身はブリブリ最高
かきの塩辛は珍味だが、サイズが小さく食べた感じがあまりしない、日本酒泥棒のように酒が減っていく
かきとアスパラバター焼きは、油を使った商品の破壊力を思い知るね、オイリーでベーコンやアスパラもノリにノってる
牡蠣もオイリーさと相性抜群なので、アツアツかつとろけるような身は抜群にウマイ、合わせるのは生ビールしかない
驚くような質ではなかったが、牡蠣料理の種類が多く、存分に牡蠣を楽しめるお店だった
