ちょっと前の広島に日帰り出張の際のレビ。
せっかく広島に来たので、仕事の前に土産をいくつか候補に挙げておこう。
ちょうどEKIEに都合のいい店舗を発見。地元の名産品がずらっと並んでいるぞ。何がいいかなぁ。
もみじ饅頭は何度も食べているし、おたふくソースはスーパーで買おう。
スーパーに置いてなさそうなもの、、、
仕事あがり、
牡蠣のオリーブオイル漬けを購入。
前にも出張で訪れたときに購入したものだ。とても美味しかったので、また機会があれば買おうと決めていたのだ。
帰路の新幹線車中ではせんじ肉とビール。これも好きなんだよな。
家に帰って牡蠣のビンを開封。
海の香りが漂う。1個、口に放り込むと濃厚な牡蠣の旨味がブワッと広がる。これは絶品、日本酒もいいがワインによくあいそうだ。
飯の友より酒のアテだな。毎晩、少しずつ楽しむことにしよう。
残ったオイルはスパゲティに使うと極上の味になる。これも楽しみだ。
