おやこどんぶり（ふわふわ）（1,100円）
広島駅の商業施設のエキエ内にあるこちらのお店にランチで訪問。夜は焼き鳥を提供する居酒屋でランチでも鶏を中心としたメニューを提供している。
ランチメニューの中から親子丼をオーダーしようとしたところ、「とろとろ」と「ふわふわ」の２種類があり、迷った結果としてふわふわを選択。
ふわふわの正体はこんもり盛られたメレンゲ。通常の親子丼にメレンゲが盛られ、噴火口のような位置に卵黄が乗っていてビジュアルのインパクトひ最高。
ムネ肉に硬めの玉子で綴じられた親子丼は塩味が少し強め。メレンゲと合わせるとマイルドな味わいになるが、空気をたっぷり含んでいるので食べ応えは割と薄い。卵黄が持ち上げても割れない程に濃厚で、これが全体の味のバランスを保っている状態。
見た目のインパクトに比して味のインパクトは然程でもなく、サラダと味噌汁、香の物が付くセットとはいえこの価格は少し高い印象。
