I discovered it while walking around Ekinishi! When you enter the store, you can't help but wonder if it's popular, saying, ``We have reservations for 6:30, so we'll be open until then.'' First of all, I tried the ``Draft Beer'', and what surprised me was that there were letters printed on the foam! When I asked about it, I was told that several different patterns can be made using the machine on the counter. For some reason, I felt like it was a waste to taste it... For the appetizer, I ordered the ``Seared Bonito'', which was a very good appetizer, and I ordered the ``Yaki Gyoza / Dumpling'' and ``Hormone Kimchi'', but I guess I was disappointed with the limp skin. There are also ``cooked gyoza'' and ``fried gyoza'' a la carte dishes, Fried food, snacks, salads, and rice dishes. As I was leaving, the staff member came out of the store and said, ``I'm sorry for rushing you because you had a reservation.'' I'm really grateful for such thoughtfulness.
