本店は銀山町で、原則17〜19時だけの営業。おまけにひとり2杯まで。つまみなし。それでも全国からビールラバー達がこぞってやってくる名店オブ名店の支店。
「注ぎ方で味が変わる」と知識としては知っていました。
でも本当、美味しいんですね…。
びっくり！！！
本店は時間の都合で伺えず、広島駅の駅ビル内のこちらへ。
平日の16時半ごろ、目の前のイートインスペースはほぼ満席。
注文の列には先客さま3〜4組さま。
10分ほどで購入できました。
その後も一度も列が途切れることなくて。
すごかった…！
【飲んだもの】
ブラッドレッド ¥700
はっさく ¥700
ブラッドレッドは広島のホームゲームがある日限定、はっさくは期間限定とのこと。
一度ビールを溢れさせ、泡をカットしまた注ぐ。
最後にグラスを水につけ、フィニッシュ。
儀式のように美しい所作。
皆様固唾を飲んで注がれるのを見守っていらっしゃるのが印象的でした。
「これから注ぐ」というときに一瞬荷物を置きにその場を離れたら、注ぎ手の方の顔には「は！！！！！？」と書いてあった気がする（笑）
皆さんにパフォーマンスを見てもらうのもやりがいのひとつなんだろうな。

さっぱりとしていて、まろやかな口当たりで、なにこれ…めっちゃうまぁ(*´ω`*)
ひゃー！期待以上！
