中国地方遠征も終盤。空港バスに乗るため広島駅へ。コロナ中は閉店していたこちらへリベンジ。本店と違って開店時間が長いのが良い。現地到着は15:30で待ち客ゼロ。の若い男子と相談し、初めてなら喉越しのこちらをと、一度つぎ(¥700)を推薦され、そのまま注文。
目の前で、サーバーからすごい勢いでビールが注がれる。泡もすごいので、泡切りしながら何回かに分けて注ぐ。目の前のイートインカウンターに自ら配膳。斜め前の年配男子となぜか乾杯して、ゴクゴクゴク。マンホール探しで疲れており、かつ久々の水分だったこともあり、すこぶるうまい。確かに喉越しが良い。二口で飲み切ってしまった。ぜひ本店にも行きたい。ごちそうさまでした。
