Red chicken with green onions (780 yen), special potato salad (400 yen), cabbage with salt sauce (300 yen), plum crystal (380 yen) This Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a nice atmosphere is located in the west block of Hiroshima Station, commonly known as the "Ekinishi" area. Visited for an after-party after drinking. There seems to be some seating on the second floor, but you can sit at the counter on the first floor and enjoy a refreshing drink of beer, highball, wine, etc., as well as the special potato salad and plum crystal snacks. After eating and drinking for a while, I started to feel a little hungry, so I ordered the red chicken covered in green onions, which was my go-to menu item, as the name of the restaurant states, ``Tori.'' Akadori is a type of Red Brow chicken from France raised in northern Hiroshima Prefecture, and the meat is simply stir-fried in oil and has a firm elasticity and perfect texture. The more you bite into it, the more the flavor of the chicken spreads throughout your mouth, making it extremely delicious. The green onion accent is also effective and goes perfectly with alcohol. I stopped by casually thinking I would have a quick drink, but the atmosphere was so cozy and the food tasted delicious that I ended up drinking more than just one drink.
