上京の友、むさし のむすび弁当
上京する際の弁当として定番化して久しい。
いつもの花かご弁当ではなく一番人気と書いてあるのでキャッチコピーに任せてみた。

むすびはむすび以上のものでは無いけど、確実美味！
お米自体が出汁で炊いてあり、加えて梅や昆布佃煮、海苔の味が加わって美味！
唐揚げに関しては、残念ながら普通。

広島駅乗車の新幹線で食す弁当の決定版！
鶏唐揚げ弁当 ￥１１００
時代の要請で値段は上がったが美味しさは変わらず。
おむすび ：あらかじめ薄い出汁で味の付いたお結び自体がカナリ美味！
唐揚げ ：多分、大人になり切った親鳥の水分をゆっくり抜きつつ味の凝縮されたお味。
少々硬い肉質の唐揚げた鳥唐揚げが超美味！
手間がかかって中々できない技術です。
お結びを食べつつ鶏唐揚げを食べ、枝豆と昼からビールが最高！
