広島県広島市南区大須賀町。
今回の広島遠征の目的は広島東洋カープ。大逆転負けをした後、広島最後のお店として選んだのはこちらの立ち飲み屋。
隣には系列のバーがある。今回いろいろお世話になったのがそちらのバー。
ウフマヨ・広島県産 カキのオイル漬け・本日の鮮魚の南蛮漬け・広島コーネの炙りなどが人気。日本酒がたくさん。広島県内のお酒はもちろん、県外のお酒も楽しめる。他にもビールやハイボール・サワー・ジン・カクテルとかなり豊富。
今回は赤星 中瓶とウフマヨをオーダー。お通しはホタルイカの沖漬け。
ウフマヨ。半熟玉子をマヨネーズと一緒に食べる。単純にマヨネーズではなくマヨネーズソース。これは美味い。
ホタルイカの沖漬け。ホタルイカ美味い。酒がススム一品。
赤星 中瓶。最近よく見かけるサッポロビール赤星。もちろん北九州で飲んでも広島で飲んでも美味い。
広島行くとお好み焼きとか汁なし坦々麺とかばっかりだったからわからなかったが出汁や醤油の味が違うとこうも料理って変わるのかと思った。九州とは違う広島の味。『エキニシ』最高。
