JR広島駅から徒歩3分の駅西エリアにある「アメニモマケズ」さん。
2021年開業、店主さんと複数のスタッフで運営。
店舗外観は2つのお店を繋ぎ、大きなガラス引戸で開放的な雰囲気を醸し出しています。
店内は壁もカウンターもナチュラルウッド。
1階は立ち飲みエリアで15席、2階はテーブル20席の合計35席の中箱。
お客さんも多く賑やかで活気があります。
お通しとおつまみとお酒でお会計は1,750円也。

蛍烏賊の沖漬け
生きたまま沖漬けのタレを吸わせいるか不明。
沖漬けは滑りを取らずに漬けるので、漬け汁がもっとヌメヌメしているんですよね。
処置してから漬け込む方が好みです。
おでん3種(税込450円)
②牛蒡天、③厚揚げ豆腐、④玉子。
正にド・ノーマルな「おでん」で捻りも無い。
⑤里芋の唐揚げ(税込450円)
薄味で煮た里芋をカラッと唐揚げに。
これはおつまみにピッタリ。
