Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sho-san just opened in May this year. It seemed like they were starting lunch, so I went there. Lunch is only available on Mondays and Fridays, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch is fixed, but the rice bowl seems to change daily. This day was galbi bimbap. I still don't know how to call it pibinpa, whether it's dotted or round. I had the skirt steak lunch (1,380 yen). You can use PayPay.It's a smokeless roaster, so you won't have to worry about smells or stains on your clothes. Dad arrived in less than 5 minutes. The rice is large and there is a charge for refills.First of all, I was surprised that the cabbage was piled up all over the place without falling apart. You don't need this much. There are 6 pieces of skirt steak and only 1 type of dipping sauce. As expected, the freshness and quality of the meat was quite good. The sauce was pretty average, and the rice was freshly cooked and didn't have a firm shape, but I think it's good rice. The kimchi is authentic, and the wakame soup is not too spicy, but the taste is a bit bland. The meat was delicious, but I was wondering how expensive it was. I'm in favor of breaking the 1000 yen barrier for Ramen, but I don't think it's right for a new store to start selling over 1000 yen while the old ramen shops are desperately trying to keep prices down. I don't think it's too much of a lunch service price, including the atmosphere.
