以前はたまに行っていた天一、今は車がないので、足が遠のいてました。
この日は会社で車で外出、ちょうど昼時に近くを通ったので、ここぞとばかり、寄ってみました。
関西では、お店ごとのオリジナルメニューがあったようにおもうのですが、こちらは関東のと同じように、一律のメニューみたいですね。
久しぶりなので、無難にランチ定食、ラーメンはこってりにしました。
混んでいたのですが、10分経たずに着丼。
久しぶりの白濁スープとのご対面です。
先ずはスープから。
うん、相変わらずのこってり、好き嫌いはあるとおもいますが、自分は好きです。
スープとソースの中間くらいな粘度ですね。
続いて麺を一口。
気持ち柔らか目に感じましたが、スープとも絡み、いい具合です。
ご飯も、こってりスープと共に頂き、お腹いっぱいに。
