地元なら知らない人はいないだろうってくらいの老舗です。
夕方の早い時間でもかなりの客入りで席予約しておかないと入れないかもしれません。
うどん肉玉（770円）とラーメン（660円）を注文。
先にラーメンが到着、鉄板上にラーメン鉢が置かれるとはシュールやね。
王道な広島中華そばで片手間じゃない専門店並みの美味しさ。
食べ終えて10分以上経ってからうどん肉玉が到着。
調理する鉄板自体6枚くらい？焼くのが限度で持ち帰りとかもあるので時間掛かります。
うどんでしたが所々そばが混じってました（笑）
こまかーいこと言えばこれはこれで異物混入なんだけどねー。
ホールはアルバイトの方かな？店主は調理に専念で挨拶等は一切やりません。
変に接客をしてやらかす（横柄・タメ口）店主を多く見てきたので、
分業して得意分野だけやるってのがクレーム少なくなって良いと思います。
