二郎系インスパイアノーマル太麺ニンニクあり野菜増し油多め（870円＋60円＋60円）
ランチで訪問。開店直後のお伺いで一番乗りの様子。入店して店内の券売機でメニューを確認。画面をタップしてボタンを押し進めながらメニューを選ぶタイプで、二郎系インスパイアのノーマル、太麺（180g）、ニンニクありを選択。トッピングとして野菜増しと油多めを押下。食券を渡してカウンターに着席。
５分程で着丼。野菜の標高はまずまずながら、大振りで肉厚なブタ２枚のインパクトがあるとともに、トップにあるアブラの存在感がいい感じ。甘味のある濃厚な味わいで、野菜との食べ合わせが抜群に旨い。野菜はキャベツが多め、且つもやしが細もやしであることが特徴的。
途中、卓上のブラックペッパーを入れつつ、野菜をガツガツ食べ進めたところで麺が登場。インスパ系にしては少し細身ながら、硬めの茹で加減による歯応えの良さとつるつるした食感がスープにマッチして旨い。
ニンニクは既にスープにインしており、風味とパンチが味わえるとともに、カエシのキレと乳化による甘味と旨味が広がる。
肉厚なブタは柔らかく口当たりが抜群で、カエシの染み込みが良くスープにフィットしてかなり旨い。
ハイレベルなインスパ系を味わうことができて大満足である中、店主さんは探究心が強く、間もなく現在使用している醤油の変更し、ベースのスープも味わいを変更して更においしさを追求するとのこと。是非再訪して新しいおいしさを味わってみたい。
