・お昼のサービスお好み焼 ７５０円
野菜・肉・玉子・そば大盛り（通常の１．５倍）
小ぶりなお好み焼きでそばは細麺で茹で上げたものを油をひいた鉄板の上に
大きく広げて１０秒くらい焼いた後にまぜて焼きながら丸くまとめていきます、
そしてしばらく焼いてお好み本体と合体です。
お好み焼きは魚粉などによってしっかり味付けされていて
生地を軽く抑えて焼いていきます。
食べた感想としては
こちらのお好み焼きは麺に非常にこだわっていて麺がおいしいです。
麺の扱い方がラーメン屋さんと同じ感じで非常にこだわっているのがわかります。
席のほうは
入ってすぐにテーブル席が２席 中央に鉄板で食べられるカウンター席 奥に座敷席
という配置。
店内の造りや雰囲気はなかなかいいですよ。
