広島の知人の家を訪問したところ、何と………広島ってお好み焼きの宅配があるんですね
さすが、お好み焼きの本場です。ビックリです
さてさて、届いたお好み焼き（肉玉そば＋生イカ・生エビ・しそ・イカ天・チーズ・豚バラ）ととんぺい焼きを早速頂きます
お好み焼き美味しいです！！今まで関東や東北で広島風お好み焼きを何回か食べた事がありますが、ダントツで美味しかったです
出前でこれだけ美味しいのですから、お店で出来立てホヤホヤを食べたらどんなに美味しいんだろうと思いました
麺はカリカリでしっかり味もついていますし、中に入ったチーズがカリカリする部分もあり柔らかく伸びる部分もありとっても良い感じです
今までチーズや麺の入ったお好み焼きは何回か食べていますが、今まで食べていたチーズや麺入りは一体何だったのだろう？と思うくらい今まで食べたものとは全く違いました
とんぺい焼きも、とろろと卵を焼いたものの筈なのですが、今まで食べたものとは何かが違います
さすが本場だな〜〜と感動しました
