「府中焼き としのや 出汐店」、
２号線沿いの目立つ場所にあるのですが、駐車場がないので、車で行くには難しい。
店の裏側にコインパーキングがあるのですが、４台分しかない為、ほぼ埋まっている。
なので、少し離れた場所にあるコインパーキングに車を止め歩いて訪問。
席は鉄板前とテーブル席があった、鉄板前の席が空いていなかったので、テーブル席に座った。
こちらのお好み焼きは府中焼きです、豚バラ肉ではなく、ミンチを使用しているのが特徴です。
焼き方もパリパリな食感になるまで焼く黒焼きとふんわりとした食感の白焼きの２種類ある。
店のお勧めは黒焼きのようです、ただし、焼き時間は黒焼きが２０分となっています。
白焼きの方が焼き時間が短いので、時間がない人は白焼きをどうぞ。
今回は時間はあったのですが、パリパリ食感はあまり好きじゃないので白焼きの肉玉そばを注文です。
鉄の皿にのせられているので、熱々で食べることができます。
白焼きは少しふんわりとした食感で食べやすく美味しかったです。
黒焼きも食べたことはあるけど、やはり自分は白焼き派ですね。
