今から広島に帰省したのは、父の後見人の申し立てのため。家庭裁判所の面談が終わった後、緊張のためかお腹が空いて、ランチにしようと言うことになり何が食べたい?と聞かれ、せっかく広島に来たのだからお好み焼き！！と、答えました。
家庭裁判所より車でほど近い府中焼きというのが気になっていたそうで、兄の好みのお店に行くことに。
看板メニューは黒と白。ふわっとした白とパリッとした黒らしい…。
ランチメニューはもっと安くて人気なのがあったのですが、せっかくなので看板メニューを2種類いただくことに。兄と半分こしていただきました。
うーん。白がふわふわというのがあまりわからず。
おまけに広島焼なのに薄くてびっくり。もやしがないのね！！でもちょうどよかった。いつも食べ切れないほどだと思っていたのです。小さい頃よく食べられたなぁ。
黒いほうは表面をかた焼きそばのごとくパリパリに焼いてあり、香ばしい。
広島人が言うのもなんだけど、やっぱり大阪焼きの方がおいしいかも笑笑。
