It is located near Hiroshima University Hospital, along National Route 2. This is a so-called Fuchu-yaki restaurant, where the dough is pounded and baked hard. I ordered a large Nikutama Soba Kuroyaki. The noodles were crispy on the outside and had a nice texture. The sauce had a slightly sour taste. I think it was pretty tasty.
