家族３人ではじめての府中焼き。
こちらのお店では焼き方をふんわり白焼きとパリパリ黒焼きの２種類から選ぶシステム。
メニューには黒焼きは20分かかりますと書いてあった。
としのや焼きB¥1080(肉 そば イカ天 チーズ 豚バラ)を黒焼きで。
それとプラス￥50でピリ辛麺を注文。
出来上がったお好み焼きにヘラを入れると初めての感触！
おもいっきりパリパリしてる。
特に縁の部分はベビースターラーメンみたいにカリカリ。
トッピングのチーズ(モッツァレラ？)を鉄板で焼いて一番上にかけてあるのでマヨネーズかけなくてもかなり濃厚。
その下のキャベツは広島風のようなしっとり甘い感じではなくてサッパリ。
キャベツの真ん中に卵、その下がミンチの脂でコクが増してパリパリになった麺。
濃い→サッパリ→濃いの層がはっきりしている。
卵がお好み焼きの中心部分で固まってるのは違和感があったので
「トッピングに半熟卵をかけるのがあったのにすれば良かった～でもチーズに卵はくどくなるしなァとか」
「ピリ辛麺だけでは辛味が物足りなかったので次回はキムチをプラスだな。
豚ミンチ風味のパリパリ麺に凄く合いそう」
････って！すっかり次回来店のメニューを考えまくるほど気に入ってしまった。
デリバリーもしているみたいでご近所さんが羨ましい。
夫婦揃ってその日の晩ごはんは食べられなかった。
息子も焼きそばが美味しいかったと言ってたので、マイルドな味付けだったのだろうと思う。
クセになる美味しいお好み焼きだった。
