毎回蕎麦屋さんで思うんですが、鴨つけ汁そばの蕎麦抜きを置いて欲しいんですよね。
蕎麦自体はもりのつゆで食べたいけど、最初に鴨汁をあてに酒を飲みたいんですよね〜。
東京とかだと置いてあるお店結構あるんですが、広島では本当にないんです。
今日ももり蕎麦＋蕎麦一枚追加でご馳走様でした。
お蕎麦自体の味は、さすが以前あった豊平の有名店の店主に師事しただけあって美味しかったです。
またタイミングあえば寄らせて頂きます。
