またもや広島出張の為の前日入り

先ずはお好み焼き食べなきゃとコチラのお店にお邪魔しました

そばは蒸し麺と生麺から選ぶ事ができますが生麺をチョイス

焼き加減はしっかり焼かれてます

コテで押さえるのでは無いですがとにかくしっかり焼かれます

麺もキレイに丸く焼かれてまして店主さんの几帳面さがお好み焼きに現れています

しっかり焼かれたお好み焼きは見た目は広島で食べた感じは関西という感じで美味しいです♪
