尾道らーめん唐揚げ半チャンセット1180円。
マツダスタジアムの目の前にあるお店です。存在は知っていましたが、なかなか来る機会ありませんでした。カープ観戦の前に伺いました。
スープは、まろやかで出汁を感じる優しいスープです。かなり美味しいです。味億さんをさらに優しくした印象です。バランスが良く、尾道ラーメンの中ではかなり好きな部類です。醤油も出汁も程よいです。パンチはありませんが食べやすいです。
麺は、少し固めに茹でられた美味しい麺です。茹で加減もバッチリでした。
チャーハンもかなり美味しいです。目の前でしっかり1から作ってらっしゃいます。しっとり気味の素朴な味わいです。ハイクオリティでした。
広島市内では、かなりトップレベルでは？と思ったら尾道ラーメンでした。
