評判がいいのでお昼を食べに行きました。
一言で言っておいしいですね。
お好み焼きにヘラがサクッと入り切りやすいです。
そばは私の好きなカリッとしたタイプです。
しっかりとした味付けがされていて、マヨネーズや唐辛子は基本的に必要ないです。
食べているうちに本体の上のお好みソースが乾き、鉄板の上のお好みソースは濃縮され、焦げて香ばしくなり、それがまたおいしいですね。
鉄板で食べる意味がよくわかります。
