行きたいと思いつつ生活圏外の南区大州。
ようやくこちらにインできた年の瀬です。
前年も司屋さんに家系ラーメンテロをしましたが、今年も送りましたよ（笑）
醤油豚骨と塩豚骨が選べます。
麺は細麺と中太麺の選択。
硬さ、濃さ、脂の量ももちろん選べます。
卓上にはにんにく、豆板醤、生姜、辣油、餃子のタレ、酢、胡椒、こま、玉ねぎがありますねー。
ご飯は炊飯器から各自が勝手にとれます。
お茶碗が大きいのもいいですねー！
醤油豚骨、中太麺、あとは普通。
チャーシュー2枚を追加しました。
唐揚げ頼んでないですが、隣のお兄さんの注文分はカラッと揚がったのが4つ！
誰かと来た時に頼んでシェアも良さそうな。
10分しないくらいで到着。
ご飯をとってきてさっそくいただきます。
家系ラーメンらしいとろりとしたクリーミーなスープです。
塩分濃度は普通で正解ー！
濃いめにするとしょっぱすぎた気がします。
麺は家系ラーメンでお馴染みの中太麺。
いいゆで具合ですよ。
チャーシューは冷めきっててスープの温度を下げちゃうのがちょっと残念。
海苔とご飯は鉄板の美味しさです(´﹃｀)
が、スープ。
何か足らんのかなー？
んー、上手く言えないけど、完汁したーいって味ではなかったな。
スープは少し残してご馳走様となりました。
