一麺天に通ずの姉妹店 |
黒醤油850円。
オープン当初に伺って以来です。平日の昼12時半で店内ほぼ満席も待ちは無しでした。出る頃には外待ちが結構な人数でした。
スープは、あっさりしながらも醤油のキレをしっかり感じるスープです。しかしながら、トゲトゲしい感じではなく、あっさりが強いと思います。
麺は、私が好きな製麺所の美味しい麺です。喉越しがよく、スルスルとなくなります。
できた当初はこの手のラーメンが広島では珍しかったです。
