一麺天に通ずの姉妹店 |
大阪ラーメン２号店です、カウンターだけ２名で回してます。
１２時前なのでかすんなり入れました。
ラーメン屋の香りしません、和風なのでかなと。
看板の和風白醤油をチョイス、まずはスープを和ですが魚介類の香りは別にありません。
麺は全粒粉かな、チャーシューは分厚く大きいのが一枚も煮卵は追加です。
本店との差が激しく感じました。
