This is my first visit since the opening day. It's been a year already since then. It was around 1:00 pm, which was past peak time, so it seemed pretty empty. ``A table is fine,'' he said, guiding me to a spacious seat. You can use PayPay.You will be handed one side of a simple glove and will go to pick up the rice, soup, and side dishes. The soup ladle is for right-handed people, so it was difficult for me, who is left-handed, to pour it and I felt like I would get burnt... I can't help it. It seems that each person can have up to 3 pieces of almond tofu, so I'm going to eat as much as I can. While I was going to pick it up, the main stir-fry arrived. Chinese food is quick and good.The stir-fried wood ear mushrooms retain their texture, but the temperature is not too hot. I can't say it's a large amount, but considering the balance with the side dishes, I think it's an appropriate amount. The rice was a little hard, and the soup was just right for me, not too hot or too hot. I also received an iced coffee, which was not listed in the package, but I was told to have this. The cost performance is high, but the wife is fluent in Japanese and is a fun person to talk to about various things. 五日市からやってきた中華屋さん
2021年11月にオープンした南区大洲にある海老匠さんへ行ってきました。
位置は家系ラーメン鶴乃家さんのお隣でコインランドリー前やお店後ろに駐車場あります。
ちなみに隣接してるミツボシカラアゲさんはしばらく休業するそうです。
五日市にあるコチラから大洲へやって来たそうな。（五日市店は休業中）
頼んだもの

オープン日ということでドリンクはサービスしてもらいました。

おつまみメニューなので出てくるのが早いです。
味付け唐揚げではなくレモン・塩コショウで頂くよくあるタイプです。
・レタス炒飯
レタス投入が早かったのかシナシナになっちゃってました。
しっとりした仕上がりで量は少なく感じます。うーん、お高い
・レバニラ炒め
アラカルトはハーフサイズがあります。手間は一緒なので半額というわけではないです・・・
レバーなので多少臭みはありますが、自分には許容範囲です。
・杏仁豆腐
業務用ではなくお手製だそうで、結構ガッチリ固めてありました。味は良いですよ
辛いメニューを頼んでないけど、食べた限りでは日本人向けに食べやすくしていましたね。
こってりとか重たいとかも無いので、お子さんから年配の方まで食べられます。
ご主人が調理、日本語堪能な奥さんがホール全般で忙しく走り回っていましたね。
パシャパシャ写真撮っていると、「いっぱい宣伝して下さいね」と言われちゃいました。
感覚麻痺してるけどこんなにメニュー撮るヤツ居ないよね、すっかり食べロガーになりました。
席数はテーブル３卓くらいで、飛び入りで入るには難しく予約が確実だと思います。

I went to Ebisho at night. The famous mother does not move from the entrance like a figurine. A male staff member will take care of you instead. (Apparently it was her husband.) I ordered the pork noodle & fried rice set (1100 yen) from the noodle set. You can use PayPay.The fried rice is mildly seasoned and has a soft finish for Japanese customers. The char siu noodle is a mediocre soup, is it an existing one? I think the noodles are too soft for my liking. The texture of the chashu is also bad...
