すぐそばにあるラーメン店に来るたびに気になっていた中華料理店「海老匠 大州店」
なかなか昼に行くことができなかったので、夜に嫁と一緒に行ってみた。
駐車場は共用でコインランドリー前に４台と、その裏にも何台分かあるみたいです。
店内に入ると、清潔感があり好印象。
カウンター席とテーブル席がありました。
メニューを見ると種類が多く、食べ放題もありますね。
単品の値段を考えると、普通に食べられる人であれば食べ放題が良さそうな気がします。
自分は四川担々麺と炒飯（唐揚げ付き）を注文。
嫁は油淋鶏とレタス炒飯を注文。
食べる時にサイズが違うので、お互いの炒飯は交換しました。
３分ぐらい待つと、１品づつコース料理のように出てきました。
油淋鶏はカリッとした揚げ具合で鶏肉の味とタレの味良く美味しい。
レタス炒飯はレタスが少し炒めすぎな感がありますが、
これくらい炒めたレタスもアリですね。
具材も多く入っており、味付けが丁度良く美味しいです。
四川担々麵は適度に辛さのあるスープでした。
この辛さが夏にはピッタリで食欲が増すような感じ。
麺は細麺で柔らかい食感ですが、青梗菜に食感があるので一緒に食べると合う。
味付けされたミンチは香ばしく良い香りがする。
このミンチの香りをかいだ瞬間、汁なし担々麺を食べたいなと思った。
こちらで初めて食べたけど、味はシッカリして接客も良く居心地も良かった。
また食べに行こうと思う。
