かなりの薄味嗜好向け料理
Google マップで見つけて行ってみた。
どうやら持ち帰りが多い店みたい。

①晩酌セット ②（生ビール）
いろいろとつまみがあったけど、全体にかなり薄味だ。唐揚げだけが、少し塩味を感じた。ピータンに至っては、タレの味もボケているし、ピータンそのものも、なぜか味がしない。他のつまみは、火の入れ方は
上手い。
 ②レタスチャーハン
ごはんはパラパラで、炒め方が上手い。ただレタスは火を入れ過ぎて、シナッとしている。シナ料理だから？親父ギャグだ。
また味が薄いので、卓上ちあった透明な容器に入った胡椒をかけたら、なんとそれは塩コショウだった！今度は塩辛い！塩コショウのかかっていないチャーハンを混ぜて食べると、ぶち旨い！やっぱり火の入れ方は上手い。
しかし卓上に塩コショウがあるとは。ラーメンもあるので、間違えて入れる人も多いのでは？人生とこに落とし穴があるかわからない。
③エビチリソース
これはエビのケチャップ炒めという感じだ。辛くないので、チリソースと言うのはちょっと問題があるような気がする。エビもいいもの使っているし、卵の衣も上手く揚げているだけに、もったいない。
④冷麺
これもタレの味が薄い。
全体に、一般の病院食よりも薄味だ。腎臓病になると、こんな感じなのかな。作る人の体調が悪かったのか？
もう随分と昔の話になるが、宇品に神戸の中華料理屋が出店した。その時も味付けが薄過ぎて、直ぐに撤退した。
しかし、ここの料理人は、火の使い方が上手いので、たぶん体調のせいだろう。

When I ate it at the store, it tasted too bland, so I wanted to check it out again, so I bought Bento (boxed lunch). ①Green pepper meat Bento (boxed lunch) was delicious! The side dishes, such as the green pepper meat paste, were seasoned properly. delicious. This taste makes me want to use it again. The fried chicken was also good. The accompanying vegetables are also delicious. ② Mapo Eggplant Bowl  I had it spicy, so it had quite a bit of chili pepper and was quite good. Makes me want beer! Both Bento (boxed lunch) were completely different from the last time I ate them at the store. The price is cheap and the white rice is delicious!
