この日、MachiSauna広島で
良い加減に蒸されてホカホカ気分で
駅飲みで〆よう！と
「餃ビー」ならぬ「焼ビー」に
繰り出しました。（結局ビールでなく
ハイボールにしたので
「焼ハイ」ですが）
町中華系とは少し異なる
居酒屋飯の焼売です。
昨今何でも「クラフト」が付いて、
餃子も「クラフト餃子」とか
出てきているので
こちらも「クラフト焼売」ですかね。
早得セットは焼売２個と
お通し、飲み物のセットです。
お肉みっちりの焼売って
「食べた」感があっていいですね。
（私が知る一番お肉の密度の高いのは
「ミートショップ伊藤」の
ジャンボシューマイですが、
飲食店にここまでは期待できない）
焼売を追加しよう、と
にら玉焼売とカレー焼売をお願いします。
にら玉、はにら焼売と
「夕日玉」と名乗る卵黄の醤油漬け。
これは意外でした。
ちょっと提供時間がかかるのか、
電車の時間までのちょい飲み、とは
いかなさそうですが
手軽に腹ごしらえできる、便利なお店のようです。
