黒豚肉汁焼売３個（363円）、焼豚ご飯（539円）
少し遅めのランチで訪問。17時過ぎに伺ったためお通しとして揚げ出し豆腐付き。
カウンター席に座りメニューを確認。メインの焼売は黒豚、鶏、烏龍、ニラ、生姜、親子、明太子、海老、生ハムチーズ、炊きの10種類がラインナップされており、どれにするか目移りする。店員さんに確認すると、サイズは小振りだが身がびっしり詰まっているため小さくても食べ応えあること、そして１個からでも注文可能とのことで、10種類からひと種類ずつのオーダーを検討するも流石にお腹いっぱいになる懸念から、人気ナンバーワンの黒豚肉汁焼売を３個と極焼豚炒飯をお願いする。
焼売はオーダーを受けてから蒸すため、12分程度の時間を要するとのこと。すると到着したのは焼売３個と焼豚炒飯ではなく焼豚ご飯。しかしながら、細かくサイコロ状にカットされた焼豚と煮玉子がいい感じなのでそのままいただくことに。
焼売は確かに小振りだが、餡がびっしり密度濃く詰まっており、溢れる肉汁とともに肉の旨味を味わいことができる。
焼豚ご飯はベーコンのようにカリカリとした食感の良さに、甘辛の煮汁がフィットしてご飯との相性が抜群。煮玉子の存在感も想像通りマッチして旨い。
