I learned from a post by Mr. Mochida on My Levi that they had ostrich sashimi, and I wanted to go to this restaurant. I went to the counter right after entering the store, and there seemed to be quite a variety of seats available. He seems to be good at cocktails, but he toasts with red wine. Lots of snacks. I immediately ordered the ostrich sashimi. It is lean meat with no odor and a chewy texture. It doesn't have any special characteristics, so it's just a feeling of satisfaction from eating it. Next was the standard cheese platter. How good does cheese go with wine? In Itsukaichi, there are no other Ramen restaurants that are open until late, other than chain restaurants, so I had given up on going there, Soupless Tantanmen (mama) were on the menu. When I asked about it, I was told that it was an adaptation of King Ken's recipe. I'm using Touchi instead of Chima Soy. There are a lot of chili peppers on top, but there is relatively little sauce. Although the taste is not up to the level of popular stores, I feel that there are many stores that carry it.
