廿日市市佐方にあるトンカツの専門店です。
豚は宮崎県のきなこ豚を使用しているそうです。
他のトンカツメニューは衣の油と豚の脂のコンボの重さにやられたことがあるので、ヒレカツならいけるだろうと思い、熟成ヒレかつ定食を注文しました。
トンカツが来るまでに、すり鉢でゴマを擦って待ちます。
ソースは甘口は甘すぎるので辛口で頂きました。
ヒレカツなら普通に食べられました。麦ごはんも平均的でした。
個人的な感想ですが、どのトンカツも衣がゴツすぎるように感じます。
油も重いし、なんだか胃が重くなってしまいました。
店内に漂う油？の匂いもあまり好きではないです。
