なんか… 落ち着く空間である。
でも、少し 店側の時間の流れが ゆっくりしているようである。
料理の段取りが 少し時間がかかるようである。
自分は ビーツを練りこんだタリオリーニ と言うのが
どんなになるのか？を見たくて、これにした。
切った！という意味合いからわかるように、
パスタの断面が 四角～長方形 ということになる。
２～３mｍと言うところだろう！
インパクトのあるビーツの赤色とは 対照的に
味は ほとんど しない。甘さがでるのかな？と少し期待していたが、
そんなことはなかった。
ソーゼージの味と サヤエンドウのしゃきしゃきした食感が
面白い！
相方は、生ハムとズッキーニのオイル系のスパゲッティのパスタを頼んだ。
画像からは 分りにくいけど、ミズナと赤ルッコラ の食感と香りがイイ。
野菜を食べてほしい！というパスタなのだろう。
