大切に育てた野菜を、丁寧に調理している印象。 素材の味を大切にした、優しい味のイタリアンの店だ。 コロナ禍でも感染症対策をしっかりしつつ営業されている。 ランチは11時半と13時の２部制。 13時少し前に到着したが、11時半の部は満席の様だった。
メニューはパスタランチとピザランチの２択。 前菜のバーニャカウダが抜群に美味い。 野菜自体の旨味もあるが、食材によって火を通して風味を増してあり仕事が丁寧な印象。 パスタは茹で加減が完璧、ピザもクラストが大変香ばしく、何をトッピングしても美味いだろうと感じさせる。 クリーム系のパスタを注文したが、さっぱりしていて女性向きだと感じた。
客層は地元の若い女性が多く、男一人だと少々入りにくい印象。 誠実な野菜づくり、丁寧な調理に加え、コロナ禍でも営業を続けられている姿勢に感服。 応援したくなる店だ。
