廿日市市上平良にあるハンバーガーの新店です。
サンチェリーから、バイパスをくぐった先にあります。
2020年12月にオープンしました。
駐車場は店の横に４台分ありますが、交通量が多いので出る時に少し難しいと思います。
イートインを利用しました。paypay使えます。
内観はアメリカンな感じでいい雰囲気でした。
看板メニューの暁輔バーガーを注文しました。
猪肉×スモークサーモンというあまり見ない組み合わせです。
猪肉は豊栄の猪、サーモンは広島サーモンと、広島県産にこだわっているようです。
猪肉は臭みはなく、ワイルドな食感を楽しめました。
ただし肉汁のジューシーさは期待しない方が良いでしょう。
ボリュームは普通にありました。
サーモンは猪の味にかなり押されている感じでしたが、初見なので組み合わせの面白さの方が印象的でした。
店員さんの雰囲気も良かったです。
