宮島でもみじ饅頭を食べるなら「岩村もみじ屋」さんです。
フェリー乗り場から商店街を抜けて厳島神社を越え、滝小路と呼ばれる通りに面した場所にあります。
明治末期創業の人気店、昔ながらの風情ある店構えです。
お店で焼いているので焼きたてを食べられます。
つぶあんとこしあん、2種のもみじ饅頭があります。
もみじまんじゅう・こしあん（120円）を購入。
店先の縁台に座って無料のお茶と共にちょっと休憩。
焼きたてホカホカ、自家製あんこがたっぷり、とても美味しく大満足。
