It was just around lunchtime, so there was a long line at the restaurant I wanted to eat at (actually there wasn't that long of a line as they issued numbered tickets). I went to Mametanuki. There was a rotating car, but it was a long way ahead of me, so I decided to check out the souvenir shop. You can rest assured that by registering your smartphone number, you will be contacted when your turn is near. It seemed like it was my turn, so I went back to the store and was shown to a two-person seat by the window. This is the menu outside. It's almost the same as the one in the store. The restaurant seemed to have a counter, but I was lucky to have a comfortable table seat. After looking at the menu, I hesitated for a while, but decided to order the most popular dish: Conger eel and fried oysters. Conger eel rice seemed to be a recommended gourmet dish in Miyajima, so I was definitely going to try it this time. This conger eel is not cut, but is whole and gorgeous! ! Are you steaming the whole container? It's piping hot anyway! I had a bit of a cat tongue, so I was huffing and puffing until the end as I finally ate it. The plump conger eel is delicious♪ I've never eaten conger eel before, but it's lighter than eel, and although it seems lighter, it has a strong flavor, so I think you should try it when you go to Miyajima. The fried oysters are crispy and juicy, and Oyster are also a must-try. I'm glad I went here♪
