2023.07.22 (1st day) Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tsuwano trip ⑤ After sightseeing in Miyajima, use the high-speed boat on the World Heritage Route to return to Motoyasu Port next to the Atomic Bomb Dome~♪ When you head to the pier, you will see it in front of it. I found an interesting bakery and stopped by. Its name is ``Shima Uma PAN,'' which is probably a reference to Miyajima's delicious bread, and to coincide with that time, the shop's logo features a zebra's face on a signboard to welcome you. There was also a cute zebra doll in the store.The things I got for my morning bread after returning to Osaka were: ◆Lemon anpan (300 yen) ◆Barley ichijiku (270 yen) ◆Mosal salt bread (220 yen) Only the "lemon anpan" seems to last a long time. Since there is no such thing, I will eat it the next morning at the hotel near the north exit of Shin-Yamaguchi Station (^o^)/ "Lemon Anpan" has a double layer structure of homemade white bean paste mixed with lemon peel and cream cheese. The dough is soft, the cream cheese is very smooth, and the taste is refreshing and delicious! I ate the remaining two the next morning after returning to Osaka. The barley fig, which is made from barley dough with a whole dried fig and cream cheese, was heavy and filling.The Moshio Pan, a standard product of Shima Uma PAN, which uses moshio, was crispy on the bottom and firm in the middle. It was so fluffy and delicious when I warmed it up and smeared it with butter. After 45 minutes on a high-speed boat on the World Heritage Route, I returned to Peace Park.
