2019年夏に広島は宮島でのランチで利用しました
穴子めしを食べようと決めたのですが有名店は行列で時間がかかりそうだし、味気ないなと思い、散策していると小さな看板を発見して入店
外観は扉に暖簾がかかっておりモダンな建物もとてもオシャレ
門をくぐると階段があり2階がお店となっています
店内も非常にきれいで開店直後のためか仕込みもされていました
先客はなし
穴子めしにしようとしましたが穴子ひつまぶしが気になりオーダー
ビールも一緒にお願いしました
15分後くらいに料理が到着
ふわふわの穴子に葱、みょうが、たまごが穴子を引き立ててくれて美味しい
また、ひつまぶしの味変要素が入って飽きずにいただけます
また近いうちに宮島に行くので必ず訪問したいですね
