牡蠣と穴子を堪能できると云うことでお邪魔しました。
穴子はタレの味は濃すぎず程良く芯まで味と脂の乗ったふんわりと旨い物。
牡蠣は衣の中半熟と言っても良い程の仕上がりでタルタルソースとレモンを絞っていただきました。
これまた納得の味！。
オープンキッチンで洒落た空間と音楽。
ちょっと贅沢で満足いくランチタイムとなりました。
