帰りの便を待つ間
こちらで一時を過ごさせて頂きました。
「宮島別荘」は桟橋のすぐ目の前。
ゲストハウスとホテルの中間のような
雰囲気です。今は外風呂は休業中だとか。
宮島らしいデザインのマグで
コーヒーを頂きます。
本棚があるのがホステルっぽい。
地元商品も販売されていて、
今季買おうか買うまいか迷っていた
「桜尾」ハマゴウもありました。
宮島は私にとっては
観光地というより、亡夫の実家の
本家の場所です。若干堅苦しい。
縁がほぼ切れたので、
ようやく余所行きの顔して
訪れる気になりました。
スタバはあるし、「いつの間に…」
って感じに、若い人向けのお店が
増えてきていますね。
観光関係なしに、
「廿日市市のお散歩スポット」
として楽しめるようになればと思います。
