Kura VITTO" in "Hotel Miyajima Villa" located about 1 minute walk from Miyajima Ferry Terminal. The Bar of "Hotel Miyajima Besso" opened in 2017. Established in 1912 and operated by Kinsuikan Corporation (established in 1952, CEO: Tomohiro Takeuchi), the company operates two lodging facilities and related facilities: 1) Kinsuikan [an inn for enjoying hot springs and cuisine] and 2) Hotel Miyajima Besso [an inn for enjoying relaxation as an adult]. Although it is a bar, it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., which is a terrific versatility. From morning till night, you can enjoy local beer, wine, whiskey, sake, shochu, gin, and all other alcoholic beverages produced in Hiroshima Prefecture. In addition to alcoholic beverages, the restaurant is popular with lunchtime drinkers for its tapas, which are prepared by a hotel chef for 300 yen each. On this day, there were six kinds of tapas on the menu. The menu consisted of ❶roast beef ❷ today's quiche ❸ green salad ❹ Prosciutto and persimmon ❺ Oyster gratin ⑥ pot-au-feu with pork and turnips, but all but ⑥ were out of stock. I couldn't bring myself to order the cold pot-au-feu in the refrigerator. I had no choice but to order... Snacks (1) Deep-fried chicken from the bar (500 yen including tax) Sake (1) Sakurao Gin & Tonic Hamagou (830 yen including tax) with soda (additional 100 yen) Snacks (1) Deep-fried chicken from the bar (500 yen including tax) It tasted like commercial deep-fried chicken. A floral gin with hamagou added to gin A drink that deserves to be added to the pages of your Miyajima memories. It is indeed halfway through the evening, but it is only the pride of management that there are zero customers in this location and no tapas available. On this day, the island was so full of tourists that even the back alley stores had lines. The ropeway was packed, and there were many tourists on the Yayama trail. I would like to see some way to capture these tourists. For example, we would like to issue a "Miyajima Trip Toast Coupon (3-5 discount)" to those who drank alcohol at Kinsuikan, Hotel Miyajima Villa, and Mametanuki, which can be used only at Kura VITTO between 10:00 and 16:00 the next day to increase the turnover rate during the quiet time at Kura VITTO. There are many ways to increase the turnover rate of "Kura VITTO" during quiet hours. There are popular Ryokan & hotels and restaurants in Miyajima Omotesando shopping street. If the available infrastructure is fully utilized, it will attract more customers, and tourists who have stayed at Kinsuikan may decide to stay at Hotel Miyajima Besso the next time they visit Miyajima by using the bar alone. We believe that this could be a way to create fans of the group. But I don't really care about that. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
