仕事帰りに寄ってみました。
カープ戦流してます。厨房のお兄さんは、そちらを気にしておられます。
ラーメン屋さんですが、居酒屋的な雰囲気もあって、割と好きな空気が。
しかしなんか、活気が？同点でカープがチャンスを生かせなかったせいかも。。。
壁には1800円の挑戦的メニューが掲げられ、面白そう。
あと、岡山で割と好きだったタイ料理屋さんのチラシが貼ってありました。
中華そばは、どこかで食べたことがあるような、古典的な味です。
ちょっと甘めというか、生姜っぽいというか、、ドライブイン的というか、、そういう味。
ナルト、久しぶりに対面しました。これはうれしい。
チャーシューは薄いですが、大きいのでいいのでは。
一緒に頼んだ焼餃子は、中華そばと一緒にやってきました。
そのせいか、少し温い気が。しかし、ジューシーな餡、薄くてやわらかいのに崩れにくい皮。
ちょっと油が塗られた感じもしますが、おそらくそれがこの薄い皮を守る？
台湾ラーメンの気分ではなかったのですが、次回は台湾ラーメンと焼餃子かな。
